Guaranteed original. These were issued to RAF personnel for use if they parachuted or crashed into the sea to signal for help. They were made of plastic to stop the whistles freezing to the pilots lips in the freezing North Sea or Atlantic. This one has cracked over time and no longer works, but still a nice original RAF artefact commensurate with age.
